Job summary

Exiger, a leading supplier risk and compliance company, seeks a Dutch-speaking Associate for Research & Delivery. Based in Toronto, you will support risk analysis, compile narrative client reports, and collaborate with a multinational team while using Exiger’s AI tools.

You’ll learn to use DDIQ and other web resources, handle case lifecycles, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, with ongoing training and feedback from subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Create reports using web-based compliance tools, open-source resources, client-provided information, and Exiger’s case management system.
• Write clear, concise, and thoroughly researched client reports using public records, databases, and other web-based sources.
• Apply sound judgment and established best practices when researching, writing, and editing cases across different products, scopes, jurisdictions, and levels of complexity.
• Identify and elevate potential risk factors to the appropriate case manager.
• Successfully manage the case lifecycle, personal workload, and pipeline.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate within a multinational team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
