Qualifications

• Previous coordination experience with a general contractor is an asset.
• A Driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Team with overall project performance.
• Maintain relations with sub-trades and clients.
• Monitor project safety and conduct regular inspections.
• Prepare and verify progress payments to owners and subcontractors.
