Job summary

Autism Services is hiring a Truck Driver to support local operations in Canada. You will drive dump trucks and lighter, and ensure timely, safe delivery of cargo while maintaining vehicle condition.

The role requires a valid Class 1 license with air brakes endorsement, daily inspections, and thorough communication with dispatch. You will perform preventive maintenance and comply with safety standards, joining a reliable team.

Qualifications

• Air Brakes Endorsement required.
• Class 1/1F/A Licence for semi trailers required.

Responsibilities

• Drive lighter, special purpose trucks and dump trucks.
• Oversee vehicle condition, tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage.
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
• Tarp and secure cargo for safety.
