Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited in Canada seeks a Supervisor to oversee table games on scheduled shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or comparable working experience in related fields with dealer training school certification.
• Supervisory experience of 1+ years preferred.

• Exudes a strong presence on the gaming floor while managing team and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensures compliance with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and other applicable laws, policies and regulations.

The Position

Supervises table activities on scheduled shifts. Ensures that a high level of customer service is maintained and, table play and policies and procedures are followed.
