Job summary

Designer Brands Canada is seeking a Part-time Supervisor for the DSW banner in Newmarket to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will report to the Store Manager and coach the team to meet store objectives, including in-store sales and web orders, while maintaining high product knowledge and industry trends.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and drive operational excellence with flexible shifts, including weekends.

We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our DSW banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible role model service standards coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which includes in-store sales, web orders, goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a past pace environment, collaborate and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.

• Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.

• Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty
• Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Open & closes the store proficiently

Pay: $18.60 per hour
