Role Overview

We’re looking for a (Part‑time) Supervisor for our DSW banner who will put their best foot forward. As a (Part‑time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will be responsible as a role model, coach in service standards, and leader to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, and other goals directed by the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume a leadership role to maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend awareness.
• Facilitate achievement of business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Coach and provide feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store proficiently.
