Responsibilities

• Apply joint compound to drywall seams, corners, and fasteners to achieve a flawless surface finish.
• Tape drywall joints using paper or fiberglass mesh tape for secure and smooth seams.
• Sand and smooth dried joint compound to prepare surfaces for painting or finishing.
• Caulk around edges, trim, and fixtures for airtight and visually appealing finishes.
• Read blueprints and project specifications to accurately execute taping and finishing tasks.
• Assist with other carpentry or handyman tasks to support project progress.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal on site.

• Caulk around edges, trim, and fixtures to ensure airtight and visually appealing finishes
• Read blueprints and project specifications to accurately execute taping and finishing tasks
• Assist with other carpentry or handyman tasks as needed to support overall project progress
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal throughout the job site.

SKILLS

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Mud Tapper or in a similar construction role.
