DryBuild is seeking experienced drywall installers and crews for residential and commercial projects in Calgary and surrounding areas. This subcontract position requires bringing your own tools and reliable transportation, with a focus on quality workmanship and clean job sites.

Projects vary from basements and renovations to new construction and garages. We value reliability and long-term relationships with crews who consistently deliver solid drywall installations on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven professional drywall installation experience.
• Own drywall tools and equipment required to perform the work.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to read measurements and basic construction drawings.
• Follow site safety requirements and applicable construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Install drywall on walls and ceilings according to project specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, and fasten drywall accurately.
• Work with standard 1/2" and 5/8" drywall and specialty boards when required.
• Install drywall around openings, bulkheads, mechanical systems, and other construction details.
• Follow drawings and project instructions.
• Maintain consistent installation quality.
• Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean work area.
• Complete assigned work within agreed schedules.
• Communicate promptly regarding site conditions, material issues, or delays.
• Follow site safety requirements and applicable construction standards.
