We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedDriver Supervisor to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario,reporting to the Director of Transportation. As a Driver Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of drivers out of different locations.You will regularly audit current delivery and pick-up routes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements without sacrificing safety and customer service. Qualified candidates will be self-driven and demonstrate exceptional workplace safety standards, attention to detail, efficiency, customer service, continuous improvement and strong verbal and written communication skills.
