Job summary

PartSource in Saskatoon is seeking a Driver to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers, ensuring timely and safe service while upholding the PartSource brand.

Responsibilities include deliveries, vehicle inspections, and supporting store operations. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; flexible shifts and competitive pay plus benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Availability to work flexible shifts throughout the week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Familiarity with PPE, safety shoes, and safety glasses as required.
• Knowledge of automotive parts aftermarket is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out customer deliveries and pickups of automotive parts using a company vehicle.
• Validate the accuracy of deliveries by cross-checking part numbers with customer invoices.

• Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, reporting any necessary repairs to uphold safety standards.
• Follow the store's loss prevention procedures while assisting in warehouse and retail area organization.
• Uphold a safe work environment, including adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
• Comply with the Motor Vehicle Safety Act and maintain a clean driving record.

• Knowledge and experience in automotive parts aftermarket is an asset.

Our typical hiring range is between $15.35 and $19.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
