Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Driver for the Manic-5 site, with a 4/3 rotation and 40 hours per week. The position requires residing in Baie-Comeau and offers an hourly rate of CAD 21.59. Start date is immediate and schedule is 4 days on/3 days off.

Employees receive meals and accommodation, including a private bedroom and bathroom, plus access to washer/dryer facilities and a transportation allowance. Disability accommodations are available on request.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Excellent driving record and no criminal record.
• Reliable, self-motivated and professional.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Transport employees safely to and from work.

• Report required maintenance or repairs to management.
• Comply with traffic regulations and company safety policies.

Position: Driver

Location: Manic-5

Hourly Rate: $21.59

Schedule: 4 days on / 3 days off, 40 hours per week

Start Date: Immediately

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for employee transportation
• Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
• Report any required maintenance or repairs on equipment and vehicles to management
• Perform all duties safely while complying with traffic regulations, road signs, and company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward employees and coworkers
• Responsible for the proper use of equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and, where applicable, a vulnerable sector screening. Employment with Aramark is conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by Aramark.
