Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring G-licensed drivers and laborers (movers) in Cambridge, Ontario. Earn $21.00/hour for movers and $27.00/hour for drivers, with tips, benefits after probation, and growth opportunities. Flexible schedules including part-time, full-time and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, or warehouse helpful.
• Have strength and agility to carry and load items repeatedly into the truck as well as a good sense of balance.
• Strong logic and mathematical skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledgeable of all Provincial and Federal driving requirements, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings utilizing all proper moving equipment and techniques.
• Greet customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; interface with customer.
• Ability to safely operate/navigate 26ft 5-ton straight truck (G License required).
• Ability to organize and secure loads while ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Complete truck inspections and move equipment inventory.
• Ability to operate a tablet to complete e-logs, paperless billing, and payment collection.

Who We’re Looking For

• Valid Canadian full G driver's license, with a good driving record
• Knowledgeable of all Provincial and Federal driving requirements, rules, and regulations
