Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service, while also partnering with franchise owners to meet sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for growing sales by partnering with the franchise owner and providing outstanding customer service to all Two Men and a Truck customers through in‑depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish rapport and build confidence in Two Men and a Truck services.
• Educates customer on terminology, policies and procedures, anticipated delays and any additional information needed to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
• Prepares all daily move‑related paperwork and documents, including strong computer skills.
• Obtains customer feedback through regular follow‑up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Developing new marketing‑sales initiatives with the franchise owner to increase brand awareness in the community.
• Participates in various marketing‑sales activities including networking, direct mail and charitable move coordination.
