Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with high-volume communication requirements.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; ability to process data from multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with Fleet Manager systems (PeopleNet) is an asset.
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard program, monitor and assign incentive values based on parameters.
  • Address driver concerns relating to Scorecard results and incentive payout.
  • Report results to operational groups and drivers.
  • Process, analyze and report on real-time data from the on-board truck computer system.
  • Communicate in real-time with operations teams and drivers regarding adherence to processes, providing coaching and support as needed.
  • Partner with the operations team to uphold operational integrity and safety standards.
  • Other duties as required.

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in driving safety, performance, and operational excellence across our transportation network. As the go-to resource for driver performance data and real-time fleet insights, you'll make a meaningful impact every day — supporting drivers in reaching their goals, helping operations teams stay aligned, and contributing directly to a culture of safety and accountability. If you enjoy working with data, communicating with people, and being at the heart of a fast-moving operation, this role is a great fit.

Location: Dartmouth, NS

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

Type: In-Office

Responsibilities
  • Administer the Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard program by:
    • Monitoring, identifying and assigning accurate incentive values to the program based on predetermined parameters
    • Addressing concerns from drivers relating to their Scorecard results and incentive payout
    • Reporting results to operational groups and drivers
  • Process, analyze and report on real-time data from the on-board truck computer system
  • Communicate in real-time with operations teams and drivers regarding adherence to operational processes, providing coaching, education and support as needed.
  • Partner with the operations team to uphold operational integrity and compliance with corporate safety standards
  • Other duties as required
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is an asset
  • Experience and/or eagerness to work in a role with high-volume communication requirements
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; ability to process a high volume of data and information from several different sources
  • Advanced capabilities with MS Office, including: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in a windows-based computer environment, including familiarity with web-based software platforms.
  • Prior experience working with a Fleet Manager system (PeopleNet)is a definite asset.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the transportation industry an asset
  • Bilingual in English / French an asset
