Job summary

Safety-Kleen is hiring a Class 3 Driver in Chambly, QC to operate a straight truck and a small vac truck hauling non-hazardous materials. This role requires adherence to local, provincial and federal regulations and a commitment to safety.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive wages of 30.97 CAD/hour, full-time benefits after 30 days, RRSP with company matching, generous PTO, and opportunities for growth within the Clean Harbors family.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Class 3 (Required: manual transmission).
• Experience: 3 years.
• Bilingual French / English.
• Able to travel.
• Able to work with little supervision and complete assigned work.
• Communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
• Ability to use a mobile handheld computer.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Visit various customer sites per day, on a defined route.
• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
• Safely operate bulk lube delivery box truck, and oil tanker truck.

This person will operate a straight truck and small vac truck for hauling non-hazardous materials while following all local, provincial and federal compliance regulations.
