Job summary

Commercial Logistics is seeking a Class 1 Local Delivery Driver in Kelowna to perform local route deliveries with late-model trucks and a maintenance lease program. You'll handle pallet and hand-cart deliveries across the South-Central Interior while upholding safety and customer service standards.

• Hold a valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Be physically fit and capable of lifting 45 lbs regularly.
• Be bondable.
• Have at least 6 months Class 1 driving experience.
• Strong customer service skills and business English required.

Responsibilities

• Local delivery driver within the south-central interior (Okanagan).
• Operate late model trucks on a full maintenance lease program.
• Deliver roughly 50% pallets and 50% hand-cart items.
• Shifts are mostly weekdays, typically 7am–5pm.

Position Overview:

Local delivery driver within the south-central interior (primarily Okanagan). Our entire fleet are late model trucks on full a maintenance lease program and our trailers are well maintained to ensure smooth operation – we want you driving, not trouble shooting mechanical issues! Our typical delivery routes include about 50% pallet deliveries and 50% hand-cart deliveries; there certainly is an amount of physical work, but we aren’t lugging around heavy product all day every day.
