Job summary

TransX Ltd. is seeking a Check-In Clerk in Vaudreuil-Dorion. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy in driver manifest verification, dispatch validation, and timely paperwork processing.

You will be the first point of contact for Drivers and Brokers, handling clerical tasks and basic dispatch duties. The position supports our mission to back drivers with efficient planning, strong safety compliance, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills are required.
• Related work experience is preferred.
• Transportation industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Validate drivers manifest against dispatch entries, correct when necessary.
• Enter orders into the computer system.
• Process check-in paperwork (PODs and BOLs).
• Take Broker call-in information and update trip ETA's.
• Front line communications with Drivers needing assistance.
• Create and review border crossing documents and notifications.
• Security compliance – driver validation protocol.
