TransX Ltd. is seeking a Trip Arrivals Clerk to support trip dispatching and arrivals. You will process paperwork, enter trips into the dispatching system (TMW), and coordinate with drivers and brokers to keep operations moving smoothly.

You will be the first point of contact for drivers and brokers, handling frontline communications, updating ETAs, and preparing border crossing documents while contributing to a team that prioritizes safety, reliability, and service excellence.

Formación

• Minimum of a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent educational credential.
• Post-secondary Degree would be an asset.
• Experience in transportation/dispatch would be considered an asset (supply chain or logistics preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Shift: 5 Days On, 2 Days Off (8-Hour Shift)

The Trip Arrivals Clerk plays an active role in the trip dispatching and trip arrival process. From processing paperwork for outbound loads, to accurately entering arriving inbound trips, Trip Arrivals is integral to the freight service. Being the first point of contact for Drivers and Brokers, the Arrivals team can handle duties ranging from clerical to basic dispatching and planning.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enter incoming trips into the dispatching system(TMW)
• Dispatch Drivers on outgoing trips

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Education

• Minimum of a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent educational credential.
• Post- secondary Degree would be an asset

Experience

• Previous experience in the transportation industry and dispatch would be considered an asset (supply chain or logistics preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High tolerance for ambiguity
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system
• Strong problem-solving skills
