Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Ability to remain courteous and professional in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving for service and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Assist with vehicle drop-offs, pickups and movement in the service area.
• Help maintain an organized, clean drive-thru and support service staff as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Technicians about progress and needs.
• Be willing to learn and take on additional Service Advisor duties over time.
