Job summary

Gravity Services Ltd. is hiring a Drilling Rig Vacuum & Water Truck Operator for our Regina location. The role involves operating vacuum and water trucks, performing cleanup, mobilization and routine maintenance of equipment.

Qualified applicants will have trucking/vacuum experience, a valid Class 1a/3a or DZ license, and be fluent in English. Safety certifications are preferred, and teamwork with safety in mind is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous trucking or vacuum truck experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test and hold a Class 1a, 3a, or DZ license with a clean driving record.
• Safety certifications such as H2S, First Aid/CPR, Confined Space, OSSA are preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team with safety as a priority.
• English speaking, reading and writing fluency required.
• Physical fitness and a minimum age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vacuum truck and water truck; perform cleanup, mobilization and equipment maintenance.
• Potential to operate additional equipment such as water truck and hydravac truck.
• Drilling vac and water operations are assets.

Job Duties:

• Applicant will operate a vacuum truck, water truck perform related duties such as clean up, mobilization and general maintenance of equipment.
• Potential for the right applicant to operate additional equipment utilized by the company such as water truck and hydravac truck.
• Drilling vac & water operations an asset.
• Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance's.

Qualifications:

• Previous trucking, vacuum truck or other related industrial experience preferred, Utility locating experience is a must.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test and have a Class 1a, 3a, or DZ License and a clean drivers abstract.
• Safety certifications preferred H2S, First Aid /CPR, Confined Space, OSSA, Ground Disturbance level 1 & 2, General Mine Safety Awareness.
• Applicant must have the ability to work alone and in a team environment all while keeping safety as the main priority.
• Mechanical inclination is an asset.
• Be able to speak, read and write fluently in English.
• Be physically fit
• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
