Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC seeks an organized, detail-oriented logistics coordinator to support the SoCal Transportation Department. You will handle drayage moves, communicate with port terminals, manage schedules, and assist with billing and reporting to ensure timely, accurate service for Damco Customer service teams and direct customers.

• One year relevant experience with Port Terminal operations is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Store Door work orders from Steamship Lines and update SOP网站 status.
• Coordinate daily drayage moves with dispatchers and third party truckers.
• Process invoices and update EIR dates in Webec.
• Provide customer service for Direct Dray and Damco Central Dray customers and generate daily reports.
