Qualifications

• Minimum education: College Diploma - Technician (architectural, structural, electrical, or mechanical).
• Demonstrated ability to work with CAD drawings and integrate it with other facility management software.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution and updates of client requests and deliverables.
• Oversee Drawing and Occupancy team ensuring optimal service delivery.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities related to drawing and occupancy services.
