A global leader in facility management is seeking a Senior Drawing & Occupancy Technologist in Ottawa. This role involves coordinating drawing and occupancy services, overseeing a team, and ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related field, experience with CAD software, and strong interpersonal skills. This full-time position offers a salary range of $61,850 - $77,313 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: College Diploma - Technician (architectural, structural, electrical, or mechanical).
• Demonstrated ability to work with CAD drawings and integrate it with other facility management software.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the execution and updates of client requests and deliverables.
• Oversee Drawing and Occupancy team ensuring optimal service delivery.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities related to drawing and occupancy services.
