Sewer Squad Co. Inc. is seeking a Sewer & Drain Technician to drive new maintenance contracts in the Toronto area.

You will leverage your plumbing background and sales skills to identify and secure new customers, generate leads, and expand our service base with a focus on reliability and safety. The role offers a commission-based structure within a company that values growth and work-life balance. Applicants should have plumbing service experience, a valid G driver’s license, and proven sales

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing service work is required or highly preferred.
• Proven sales and cold-calling experience within the plumbing industry.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently across a geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective techniques.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

The Big Task

The Drain & Sewer Technician/Sales is a commission-based position that is responsible for generating new business through the identification and acquisition of new customers, lead generation activities and industry networking out on the field. The primary objective of this position is to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives with respect to new maintenance contract sales in an assigned geographic territory.

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities
• Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients
• Generating leads
• Providing regular reports on sales activity and performance
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to
• Performing all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes
• Other tasks as assigned.

Additional Information

The appointed candidate annual salary range within $120,000 - $200,000.
