The successful candidate will develop talent, execute innovative operations programs, and oversee store budgets while maintaining integrity and guest loyalty in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in business; a university degree is an asset.
• 2+ years of experience in grocery retail store management.
• Proven leadership of a store team and delivery of guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop department management and operations teams to deliver Remarkable Guest experiences.
• Promote talent development for future growth and bench strength.
• Own store procedures, budgeting and initiatives to maximise top and bottom line growth.
• Analyze business trends to identify opportunities and efficiencies.
• Drive day-to-day performance and cross-functional collaboration to achieve results.
• Communicate key initiatives with clear objectives, metrics and action plans.
• Direct budget management and monitor cost controls and deviations.
• Assess and implement process improvements for cost competitiveness and reduced redundancies.
• Improve labour productivity, guest satisfaction metrics and other key indicators.
