Job summary

Camrose & District FCSS is seeking a compassionate Transportation Driver to provide door-through-door services for older adults under the Provincial Assisted Transportation Project. You will operate a company vehicle, assist clients from home to appointments, and support mobility needs with dignity and safety in mind.

The role offers flexible part-time hours (21 per week) with training, a supportive team, and opportunities to contribute to community well-being while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Experience driving older adults or individuals with mobility limitations is an asset.
• Knowledge of Camrose area and surrounding communities is helpful.
• Ability to assist passengers with limited mobility safely and respectfully.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous, and reliable transportation to various destinations.
• Deliver door-through-door assistance, including mobility support and escorting.
• Complete trip logs, mileage records, and incident reports accurately.
• Communicate scheduling and client needs with the Transportation Coordinator.
• Promote accessibility, independence, and client-centered service.
