What to Expect:

• Comprehensive Training: Your first week includes in-person support and practice to help you succeed quickly.

• Flexible Hours: Choose shifts that work around your schedule—ideal for students or part-time job seekers.

• Active, Outdoor Work: Spend your time outside in great Calgary neighbourhoods.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work 6–10 hours each week with flexible scheduling.

• Weekend shifts: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Minimum shift length: 2 hours

• Go door-to-door introducing homeowners to Scholars Edge Painting.

• Collect contact information and answer basic questions.

• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.

What You’ll Earn:

• Commission-Based Pay: Earn $20.00 for every qualified lead you generate.

• Average Pay: $20/hour. With practice, top marketers can make up to $40–$60/hour by booking 2–3 leads an hour.
