Job summary

UNICEF Canada is seeking a Senior Officer, Individual Giving Renewal to lead direct mail, email marketing and donor stewardship within the Renewal portfolio. The role drives multi-channel campaigns, supports the Survival Gifts program and collaborates with vendors and internal teams to maximize donor impact.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications or fundraising.
• Proven track record of direct response campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multi-task.
• Experience with data management and analytics; knowledge of best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (direct mail, email, digital, SMS).
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
• Lead Survival Gifts program optimization across assets and media.
• Monitor budgets, provide regular fundraising performance reporting.
• Track invoices and maintain program records.
