Job summary

Semex in Saint-Hyacinthe, Canada, is seeking a Donor Care Specialist to join our in-person team. You will report to the Farm Manager and focus on the animals' well-being, environment maintenance, and tasks on a rotating schedule that includes weekends.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and strong observation, teamwork, and communication skills. A manual dexterity and experience with farm tractors or Bobcat loaders are assets.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Donor Care Specialist.The successful candidate will report to the Farm Manager. Their primary role is to perform operations related to the physical well-being of the animals and the maintenance of their environment. You will be willing to work weekdays and weekends according to the established schedule.

What You Will Do:

• Feed the animals
• Ensure the cleanliness of the yard
• Report abnormalities, injuries, heat events, and any other observations

This is an in-person role requiring 5 days per week in our Saint-Hyacint he or Trudeau location offering a minimum starting salary of $21.00 per hour, with potential compensation enhancements based on applicable experience and qualifications.
