Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and technical skills.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Openness to learning Document and Records Management practices.
• Enthusiasm toward finding innovative solutions to unforeseen challenges.
• Experience working in a team setting.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Submit three PDFs: cover letter, resume, transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the project to transition to the Corporate Documentation system, including project tracking and metrics
• Prepare and format documents supporting the Corporate Documentation transition
• Assist with onboarding new employees to the company’s training system
• Contribute to improvements in document management and training
• Gain hands-on experience with aspects of a Quality Management System for an innovative medical device
