EXP is seeking a Document Controls Manager in Calgary, AB. You will lead a team responsible for document control across multiple projects, coordinating with Project Managers, stakeholders, and procurement to ensure timely and accurate submittals and records.
The role requires 7+ years in project controls within infrastructure/construction, strong proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office, and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining rigorous documentation standards.

Document Controls Manager
Location: Calgary, AB
We are looking for a Document Controls Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing a team, interacting with internal and external stakeholders on a broad range of projects, including Small/Mid/Large Program Management, Design Build, EPC or EPCM projects within Transportation, Infrastructure and vertical Construction business sectors. The successful candidate must also be highly detail‑oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem‑solving abilities, and demonstrate independence and self‑motivation in executing daily job duties with minimal direction and oversight.
