Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Intermediate Document Controller to support construction administration for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Calgary. You will manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, meeting records, and project tracking logs while supporting project managers, discipline leads, contractors, consultants, and clients.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in document control or project administration.
• Experience managing RFIs, Submittals, meeting minutes and project correspondence.
• Knowledge of ACC, SharePoint or similar document management systems.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain electronic project filing structures for RFIs, Submittals and correspondence.
• Download and organize RFI/Submittal docs from ACC.
• Maintain logs and filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
• Coordinate bi-weekly project meetings and record detailed minutes.
• Track and update change management logs and project records.
• Provide general project administration support as required.
