Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Document Controller to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensures document management complies with organizational policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintains accurate records and enforces consistent document control processes throughout the program.
  • Facilitates effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders.
  • Supports change management and contract processes across the program.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:
  • University Degree + 4 years of experience in Document management and control.

Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with document management workflows and systems (e.g., Oracle Unifier Document Module, Aconex, ProjectWise).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with diverse program stakeholders.

Additional Information

This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
