Pay Rate: $42.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

Position Summary:
The Field Document Controller is responsible for managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with document control procedures and standards. This role involves organizing, tracking, and distributing project documents, maintaining document databases and repositories, and supporting project teams with document-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain document control procedures and standards in compliance with project requirements and industry best practices.
Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
Track document revisions and updates and ensure accurate version control and distribution.
Manage document databases and repositories, including document storage, retrieval, and archiving.
Coordinate document reviews and approvals with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures and systems.
Generate reports and metrics to track document control activities and performance.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and accurate documentation delivery.
MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field.
Experience working as a document controller or records manager in the construction or engineering industry.
Knowledge of document control principles, procedures, and standards.
Proficiency in document management software and tools, such as SharePoint or Documentum.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
