Allnorth is seeking an Intermediate Document Control Specialist to join our Vancouver team. You will manage document control, distribution, retrieval and filing of project documents, and support meeting project deadlines under the guidance of the Document Control Group Lead.
This flexible role allows on-site, hybrid, or remote work (within Canada) and involves coordinating with multiple clients. Proficiency with EDMS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam Revu is essential.

We are currently looking for an Intermediate Document Control Specialist to join our Vancouver team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for document control, distribution of documents, retrieval and filing of all project documents, and other related duties as directed by the Document Control Group Lead and is accountable to Project Managers for meeting scheduled deadlines. The location is flexible.
