GLS Canada in Pickering, Ontario is seeking a Dock Supervisor for our Pickering terminal. You will oversee load planning, scheduling, and driver routing to ensure timely deliveries.

The position is permanent, full-time with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 2:00 am to 10:30 am, located at 1773 Bayly St., Pickering. The role requires leadership, operational coordination, and strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transportation/Logistics preferred
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
• Customer service experience
• Organized and detail oriented
• Proficient with dispatch software and Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Excellent geographical knowledge of the GTA & Durham region

• Respond to all Customer Experience Team requests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Transportation Industry is a must
• Previous Forklift experience is an asset but not a must
• Must be able to exercise initiative, multitask and work well as part of a team
• Experienced in customer service
• Organized and detail oriented
• Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office
