Working closely with the Ditech leadership team, the Human Resources Manager will report to the Director of HR, Manchester / Ditech with a dotted line to the VP of Operations, Ditech.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, and compliance.
  • Champion a culture of safety, engagement, and accountability by aligning HR practices with company values and operational goals.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee retention, morale, and professional growth.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.

Talent Development

  • Lead training and development programs that build team capabilities and support career progression.
  • Lead performance review and feedback processes that promote accountability and continuous improvement.

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR, with demonstrated experience as a strategic partner to leadership.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, operational environment—ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial services.
  • Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation; cross‑border (U.S.) HR experience is considered an asset.
  • A relationship‑oriented leader with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision‑making abilities with the flexibility to adapt in a growing, entrepreneurial business.
