Connector Plate District or Regional Sales Manager – Western Canada
MiTek Canada, Inc., is seeking a dynamic and motivated Connector Plate District / Regional Sales Manager in Western Canada to work from a home-based office.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
The ideal candidate would be located in Edmonton, Alberta; however, we would consider a candidate being in another Western province.

A self-driven and accountable individual with high integrity, strong consultative selling skills, and customer relationship building capabilities. The candidate will grow and manage a territory, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and professionals, ensuring widespread acceptance of company solutions. They will stay updated on market trends, pricing, and product issues while prioritizing customer experience, profit, expense management, and team collaboration.
The individual should possess a technical aptitude with knowledge of structural loading and design, the Canadian Construction Industry, and ideally detailed knowledge of the truss industry. A strong work ethic and comfort in a multi-tasking environment are essential. They will act as a business advisor / strategic partner on product and technical knowledge, new software features, initiatives, services, machinery, and other areas.

Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years in a sales role within the building products / construction industry. Preferably with a Civil Engineering Technologist diploma or similar, or post-secondary education in Engineering or Business.
