Job summary

White Cap is seeking a district sales leader to drive and manage the execution of sales strategies across the district. You will orchestrate resources, optimize selling activities with regional partners, and inspire the team to achieve profitable revenue growth.

Monitor results, plan staffing, and lead key account activities with major district customers. The role includes ongoing recruitment, coaching of sales associates, and driving customer satisfaction through effective selling processes.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• May require certification; advanced degree may offset less experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory and develop direct reports including inside and outside sales, and special products sales.
• Forecast and achieve budgeted sales targets for the assigned sales team.
• Plan, forecast and report on sales activities and competitor pricing; promote market research.
• Coach, motivate and develop team; conduct ride-alongs and develop talent.
