Job summary

PCL Industrial Management Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking a District Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for construction professionals and leaders across Canada. You will partner with leaders to shape hiring strategies, develop proactive marketing, and build diverse pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder collaboration, and inclusive hiring practices to support PCL's growth across sectors and regions.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience in a high-volume corporate environment; construction recruitment experience is an asset.
  • Ability to manage 20+ active requisitions across multiple projects and departments while maintaining excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen; recruitment experience within construction or a similar industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and act as a strategic, solution-oriented advisor.
  • Strong ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels through data-driven insight, market knowledge, and professional judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in record-keeping.
