PCL Industrial Management Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking a District Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for construction professionals and leadership roles across Canada.

You will partner with leaders to shape hiring strategies and build diverse talent pipelines for future workforce needs. You will manage 20+ active requisitions while maintaining exceptional candidate experience, leveraging data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience in a high-volume corporate environment; construction recruitment experience is an asset.
• Ability to manage 20+ active requisitions across multiple projects and departments while maintaining excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen; recruitment experience within construction or a similar industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and act as a strategic, solution-oriented advisor.
• Strong ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels through data-driven insight, market knowledge, and professional judgment.

• Supports international recruitment initiatives and cross‑border talent acquisition efforts.
