Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across Invermere and surrounding locations from our Invermere, BC base. You will drive safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while coaching a frontline team of drivers and technicians.

This role requires strategic workforce planning and performance management in a unionized environment. You will manage budgets, fleet utilization, and link field execution with corporate strategy to maximize uptime and

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in operations.
Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Experience managing frontline teams including drivers, technicians, or service staff within a unionized environment.
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams with a culture of accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead safety-first culture and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Conduct field visits and coaching to reinforce Zero Harm principles.
Oversee daily delivery and service operations across the District.
Ensure adherence to delivery protocols, route schedules and service standards.
Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to address customer feedback and resolve issues.
Manage district-level budgets and control costs, including overtime and fleet utilization.
Monitor and enforce KPIs related to delivery, service, safety, and resource productivity.
Provide input to Finance, HR, and other corporate functions for strategic decisions.
