Responsibilities

Lead a team of District Operations Managers (DOMs) and District Sales Managers (DSMs), guiding KPIs and resolving issues.
Implement and manage processes to sustain high sales and operational performance.
Ensure execution of company strategy through training and collaboration with customers, sales, operations, and HR.
Drive HR processes including hiring, coaching, training, and performance management.
Establish a culture of accountability and inclusion, setting a standard of excellence.
Own the local market by providing sales and operational leadership aligned with company priorities.
