Job summary

You will coordinate information sharing, track tasks, and facilitate collaboration among internal teams and community stakeholders, including responses to public inquiries through the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Two-year college diploma in Communications, Marketing/Branding, Public Administration, Social Sciences or related field.
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in administrative/operational support.
• Experience preparing and managing public-facing communications and social media content.
• English fluency; French fluency may be required for one designated position.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the District Superintendent and leadership team.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, training sessions, and briefings with materials and logistics.
• Track district responses to incidents and community events.
• Support district community engagement with partners and groups and other stakeholders.
• Prepare communications deliverables for social media and other channels.
