Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Organize warehouse space for efficiency and safety.
• Process returns and restock items with required documentation.
• Support kitting activities and breakdown as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Service for timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with shipping coordination and logistics documentation.
• Maintain a clean, compliant warehouse environment.
• Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers and customers, ensuring proper documentation and quality standards

• Organize and maintain warehouse space for maximum efficiency and safety

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Compensation

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and local market conditions in Burlington, Ontario.
