Job summary

TJX Canada is seeking a Data Clerk based at our Delta Distribution Centre to support accurate data entry and daily operations. You’ll enter, verify, and manage information across multiple systems, ensuring timely updates for Receiving/Shipping and DC Supplies.

Attention to detail and dependable data handling are essential in a fast-paced environment. In this role you’ll support cross-functional teams, maintain system logs, and contribute to efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum OSSD Grade 12 (or equivalent) and 1+ year of data entry experience.
• Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
• Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify workflow across all Data Centre functions while maintaining timely, effective communication with internal and external partners.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, escalating relevant information to appropriate stakeholders.
• Accurately enter, manage, print, and distribute information from internal and external sources into WMI systems.
• Create and maintain system logs, reports, tickets, labels, and required management spreadsheets, ensuring proper distribution.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on Data Centre equipment and support cross-functional activities as needed

What You’ll Do:

About You:

• Ability to work independently, adapt to varied hours, and support cross‑functional teams.


• Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations within Distribution Services is an asset.
