Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fast-paced operations, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience in DC/Warehouse or supply chain environments.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with mainframe apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support front-end team to hit daily and weekly production goals.
• Monitor KPIs, production flow, priority lists, and time-sensitive tasks.
• Coordinate production needs with supervisors and partners for prioritization.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners for execution.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and daily statistics.
• Assist with troubleshooting and escalation of inbound, distribution, and production issues.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day support to the front-end team, helping the team achieve daily and weekly production goals.
• Monitor and manage Distribution Centre KPIs, production flow, priority lists, and time-sensitive activities to ensure operational targets are met.
• Coordinate production requirements with supervisors and business partners to ensure the effective prioritization and movement of merchandise through the Distribution Centre.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution of operational plans.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain operational reports, including daily production statistics and management reporting.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation management related to inbound, distribution, and production processes.
• Provide hands-on operational support.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of system enhancements and operational process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, workplace standards, and shift handover processes.

About You:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, operations, distribution, or logistics environment.
• High School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in Distribution Centre, Warehouse, Receiving, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and departments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Mainframe applications, IMSP, SCAN, Manhattan, or Power BI is considered an asset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and deliver timely solutions.
• Ability to provide direction, guidance, and support to others while driving results and accountability.
