You will influence strategic technology decisions, partner with Architecture, Security, and Stores Engineering, and drive portfolio management practices to support TJX’s growth. • Experience with Azure Infrastructure and cloud services.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proven ability with log analysis and performance monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Act in a Lead Engineer capacity to modernize front and back of stores systems and guide design and deployment decisions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Product and Stores Engineering teams to influence solutions.
• Develop and implement standards and tools for monitoring and analysis to increase efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce operational burden and improve processes.

We’re looking for a Staff Technology Operations Lead to join our Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Portfolio Team, where strong business partnerships, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. What You’ll Do:

• Act in a Lead Engineer capacity in modernizing front and back of stores systems by prioritizing, providing guidance and resolving issues




• Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Product and Stores Engineering teams to influence design, deployment, and support of software solutions




• Develop and implement standards and tools for monitoring and analysis to increase organizational effectiveness




• Drive continuous improvements in process and operational efficiency by reducing operational burden

About You:

• Experience with Azure Infrastructure


• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture


• Demonstrated ability in Splunk for log analysis and monitoring


• Experience with AppDynamics or similar APM tools for performance monitoring
