Job summary

Winners and TJX Canada are seeking a Data Clerk to ensure accurate and timely entry of critical information into core computer systems across Distribution Centre functions. You will support Receiving/Shipping, Data Centre, and DC Supplies, contributing to daily workflow efficiency and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment while building administrative expertise and supporting multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum OSSD Grade 12 and 1+ year of data entry experience.
• Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills.
• Accurate keyboarding with MS Excel and Word proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and support cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify workflow across all Data Centre functions with timely communication to internal and external partners.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and escalate relevant information to stakeholders.
• Accurately enter, manage, print, and distribute information into WMI systems.
• Create and maintain system logs, reports, tickets, labels, and management spreadsheets.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on Data Centre equipment and support cross‑functional activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and verify workflow across all Data Centre functions while maintaining timely, effective communication with internal and external partners.

• Accurately enter, manage, print, and distribute information from internal and external sources into WMI systems.
• Create and maintain system logs, reports, tickets, labels, and required management spreadsheets, ensuring proper distribution.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on Data Centre equipment and support cross‑functional activities as needed

About You:

• Minimum OSSD Grade 12 (or equivalent) and 1+ year of data entry experience.
• Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to problem‑solve effectively.
• Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills (including SCAN data entry) and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to varied hours, and support cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations within Distribution Services is an asset.
