Job summary

Winners, part of TJX Canada, is hiring a Data Clerk to ensure accurate and timely entry of information across Distribution Centre operations. You’ll support Data Centre functions, including Receiving/Shipping and DC Supplies, contributing to efficient day-to-day workflows.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year data entry experience, strong administrative and customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Excel/Word with solid keyboarding ability.

Qualifications

• OSSD Grade 12 (or equivalent) and 1+ year of data entry experience.
• Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
• Accurate keyboarding with MS Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify workflow across all Data Centre functions while maintaining timely, effective communication with internal and external partners.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, escalating relevant information to appropriate stakeholders.
• Accurately enter, manage, print, and distribute information from internal and external sources into WMI systems.
• Create and maintain system logs, reports, tickets, labels, and required management spreadsheets, ensuring proper distribution.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on Data Centre equipment and support cross-functional activities as needed

What You'll Do

About You

• Minimum OSSD Grade 12 (or equivalent) and 1+ year of data entry experience.
• Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to problem‑solve effectively.
• Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills (including SCAN data entry) and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to varied hours, and support cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations within Distribution Services is an asset.

Salary Range

Salary Range: CAD $ 37,590.00-$52,626.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
