Job summary

TJX Canada seeks a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor on a 6-month contract at the Centre Churchill Distribution Center in Delta, BC. You will lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring safety, quality and on-time production while driving cost efficiencies.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, a university degree or college diploma, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proactive mentorship approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in Distribution, Retail or similar industry.
• Experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to influence management and Associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations within an assigned production area with a focus on safety, quality, and service.
• Build relationships, inspire performance, and foster associate engagement across shifts.
• Plan for current production and seasonal fluctuations while ensuring targets are met.
• Address departmental obstacles to maintain balanced production flow.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and best practices to team members.
